This is not tuition or a short-term programme.
It is a structured transformation where students are trained to take ownership of their work, applying elite study techniques directly to their schoolwork under the guidance of a dedicated mentor.

Each student begins with the Personal Agency Lens, where their current level of execution, habits, and behaviour is identified.
This determines what expectations are appropriate and what must be developed first.

Weekly Mentorship And Application
Each week, students inherit the wealth of practical study techniques and mental frameworks from a role model dedicated mentor.
The mentor provides daily guidance, feedback, and accountability, ensuring that effort is correctly directed and consistently applied.

Execution becomes more consistent, decisions become more independent, and responsibility shifts from parental direction to self-governance.

Placement is selective, with only 15% offered admission.
